Guest Policies
At NH Love Beauty, every appointment is customized and time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure a seamless, professional experience, please review the following policies prior to booking.
Booking & Policy Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all NH Love Beauty policies prior to receiving services. Policies apply regardless of review and remain in effect at the time of booking.
Pricing & Services
All services are customized. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, thickness, product usage, time, and service complexity.
Additional services such as toners, extra product, or extended time will be discussed and approved prior to completion.
Payment Responsibility
By booking, you agree to be financially responsible for your reserved appointment time, including any applicable cancellation or no-show fees, regardless of whether a deposit or card on file is secured.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
• 48+ hours notice required
• Less than 48 hours: 50% fee
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% fee
Choosing not to attend a scheduled appointment is considered a cancellation and is subject to these fees.
Appointment Timing
Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to the customized nature of services.
Delays of up to 30 minutes may occur and do not constitute cancellation or breach of agreement.
If you choose not to proceed due to a delay, it will be considered a cancellation and applicable fees will apply.
Card on File
A card may be required to secure your appointment. By providing a card, you authorize charges for cancellation, no-show, or unpaid services.
If no card is on file, you remain responsible for all fees.
Refunds & Adjustments
All services are final. Adjustments must be requested within 7 days and do not include changes in preference.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By booking, you agree not to initiate payment disputes for services that were scheduled and available. All concerns must be addressed directly.
Professional Conduct
NH Love Beauty reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
Agreement
By booking your appointment, you agree to all policies above and understand that your time is reserved specifically for you.
