NH Love Beauty – Policies & Terms Policy Acknowledgment Full salon policies, pricing guidelines, and terms are available at nhlovebeauty.com. Guests are solely responsible for reviewing all policies prior to booking and receiving services. By booking an appointment or receiving services at NH Love Beauty, guests acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to all policies, pricing structures, additional charges, and payment requirements. Service Pricing & Additional Charges All services at NH Love Beauty are fully customized to each guest. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, thickness, product usage, time required, and service complexity. All services are subject to additional charges when extra product, time, or advanced techniques are required. Highlighting services do not include toner. Toners are considered a separate color service and will be added as needed to achieve the desired tone and finish. Extra-thick hair and/or hair extending past the shoulders may incur an additional charge of $25 or more. Additional color product beyond standard usage may incur an additional charge of $10 or more. Color corrections, major transformations, or extended service times will be quoted individually. Pricing is subject to change without notice; however, any additional charges will be discussed and approved prior to completion of services. Estimates provided during consultation are based on professional assessment and may adjust if additional services, product, or time are required to safely achieve the desired result. Consultation & Service Approval.  A consultation will be performed prior to color or chemical services. Guests are responsible for disclosing full hair history, including prior color, chemical treatments, box dye, extensions, or damage. By approving the service during consultation, guests authorize NH Love Beauty to perform the agreed-upon services and accept all associated costs. Payment Policy Full payment is required immediately upon completion of services. NH Love Beauty accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payments. Cash is accepted.  Credit Card on File or deposit may be a requirement for select services.   A valid credit card may be required to secure appointments, particularly for color services or extended appointment times. Cards on file are securely stored and may be charged for cancellation fees, no-show fees, or unpaid services in accordance with salon policies. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each guest. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Guests with repeated cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay future appointments. Late Arrival Policy Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require modification or rescheduling of services to accommodate the schedule.  If a service adjustment is needed, NH Love Beauty must be notified within 7 days of the original appointment. Adjustments do not include changes in personal preference, changes in desired tone, or services different from the original consultation. Refunds are not provided for completed services. Hair Condition & Chemical Service Disclaimer Results may vary depending on hair condition, previous chemical history, and overall hair integrity. NH Love Beauty reserves the right to refuse or modify services if hair integrity may be compromised. Guests assume responsibility for the condition of their hair when requesting chemical services. Personal Property NH Love Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Right to Refuse Service NH Love Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, failure to follow salon policies, repeated cancellations or no-shows, or refusal to remit payment. Policy Enforcement & Legal Rights By booking or receiving services, guests enter into a service agreement with NH Love Beauty and agree to remit full payment for services rendered.  Agreement By scheduling an appointment or receiving services at NH Love Beauty, guests acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to all policies and terms.
